In the unspoiled setting of Maremma Park and the fine sandy beaches of Alberese, Agriturismo Al Vermigliano and the Mazzocco family welcome you to the Maremma region, renowned for its relaxed and friendly atmosphere. It’s a return to life at a human scale in a natural environment where you can rediscover the simple things in life and follow the rhythm of the sun and the seasons.
Our farmhouse
Agriturismo Al Vermigliano is surrounded by fields used for agriculture and on the farm our produce is traditionally grown and transformed by the expert hands of Rosy into a breakfast treat that will put you in a good mood and set you up for a day discovering the local area and the activities it has to offer, whether it’s simply relaxing by the pool or lying on the golden sands of Marina di Alberese beach.
What to visit
The Maremma region is full of places to discover and here are just a few suggestions of some of the beautiful areas you can visit nearby: Alberese, Argentario, Feniglia and Ansedonia for those who love the beach and blue sea, and for the more adventurous, Maremma Park with its pine forests, Mediterranean scrub and wild animals. Not forgetting the charming villages such as Capalbio. Agriturismo Al Vermigliano is an excellent base for visiting the real Maremma and enjoying a relaxing holiday.

Designed with visitors in mind, Agriturismo Al Vermigliano offers a small number of rooms and apartments furnished in rustic Tuscan style. The 4 double rooms and 2 two-room apartments are all air-conditioned with private bathroom, shower and bidet, and can accommodate one child up to the age of 11 in a third bed for an extra charge. A buffet breakfast with local products is included in the room rate but can also be requested at an extra cost for apartment stays.
Our services
Our services have been designed in same spirit of simplicity and homeliness as our accommodation, where you can enjoy the Maremma countryside in complete peace without disturbing nature or the other guests. All with the guests in mind, so that it’s a real holiday for everyone.
Free parking is available for our guests and reservation is not required. There are six parking spaces, covered by a canopy with a maximum height of 2.80 m.
To get your day off to a good start, the buffet breakfast offers a wide selection of hot and cold, sweet and savoury options made using local products. Breakfast is included in the room rates and for the apartments can be reserved for a supplement of €7.00 per person per day.
Free Wi-Fi is available in the accommodation and outdoor areas. Reception will provide you with the password.
For our guests, there is a laundry room with washing machine that can be used free of charge from 8:00 to 19:00. Laundry products are not provided.
A wood-fired barbecue (wood provided) with grill and utensils is available for guests.
Surrounded by a soft lawn and bordered by a fence, the pool measures 12 x 6 meters with a depth of 1.45 meters and has a view over the Maremma countryside. Umbrellas, sun loungers and small tables are available for guests. The swimming pool is open from 1st of June to 30 of September, with access from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
For children, Agriturismo Al Vermigliano provides a play area with swing, slide and other playground equipment set in a green area, open from 7:30 to 12:30 and from 15:30 to 19:30.
Available to our guests from 7:30 to 12:30 and from 15:30 to 19:30, the table tennis table is located in the green area surrounding the swimming pool and children’s play area. Rackets and balls are available from reception.
Guests can rent bicycles with delivery directly to the Agriturismo by contacting Paola Ceron on +39 393 9840290 or by e-mailing labiciclettaia23@gmail.com. Paola also organizes interesting bike rides for all abilities.
Small pets of up to 10kg can stay in limited numbers: only one pet per room/apartment and only on request, which must be reconfirmed by the Agriturismo. Pets can be taken into public areas on a leash, except in the restaurant area and swimming pool area. There is a daily supplement of €5.00.
